OFFICIALLY LICENSED KEY POULAN MUSIC CLOTHING PRICE LIST (Effective 10/1/12):
You will find that all of our shirts and sweatshirts are of the highest quality. All of our clothing feature the highest quality artwork and are officially authorized by Key Poulan Music.
We calculate price on the combined TOTAL number of garments that you purchase at the same time. Simply add up all the items and the TOTAL number of pieces in your order determines the price level for your entire order. For example: if you order 60 T-Shirts, 40 Sweatshirts and 24 Hoodies the total order is 124 pieces. Your price is the 121-240 piece price for each garment ordered. We encourage you to order for your members as well as parents and staff all at the same time to get the best possible price. Reorders are a 36 piece minimum and the 36-48 piece pricing applies.

Our basic shirts and sweatshirts are BLACK and comes with the multi-color show design artwork printed on either the front or back (Please specify). If you are interested in customizing the garment with additional printing on a second side, the pricing varies but the general guidelines are…
Printing Charge for our most popular options:
• Left front chest with your school name and year on the front in white and the show artwork on the back – the second side printing charge is an additional $2 per shirt plus a $30 screen charge for the white print.
• Tour Schedule on the backside in white and the show artwork on the front – the second side printing charge is an additional $2 per shirt plus a $30 screen charge for the white print.
(Please note that these charges are in addition to the standard prices listed above)
There is a $30 layout charge if camera ready typeset is not provided (Tour Schedule etc).
If we are typesetting your information please provide your information in Illustrator or Microsoft Word. You may also provide the information as a pdf. (We can not use Excel files).
DEPOSIT:
50% deposit required before your order can be processed. Please contact us when you have your sizes and item counts ready and we will calculate the deposit needed to start your job.
TURN-AROUND TIME / SHIPPING:
Three week turn-around time is required from the time your deposit is received until your order is shipped by UPS
Please allow an additional 2-7 working days for shipping.
SHIPPING AND SALES TAX:
Actual UPS shipping charges will be applied to each order.
